Temperature range: 35-40 °C. Place the thermometer just above the eyebrows pressing it tightly onto the forehead. Make sure that the thermometer is in full contact with the skin for approximately 15 seconds or wait until the color no longer changes. Temperature corresponds to the brightest color (green or the one between blue and tan). If the color changes on the thermometer and it is suspected that the patient has a fever you may re-confirm this with a medical thermometer or seek doctor if required. After use remember to place it in its plastic case so that it does not dry out.
Room temperature must be between 15 and 27 °C. This thermometer gives the body temperature and is not as accurate as a digital medical thermometer (rectal or ear thermometer). Store dry and out of direct sunlight. Clean only with a slightly damp soft cloth.
